    Dr. O'Keeffe's scheduling staff is loaded with superiosity. If you don't like it, you can go some place else. She has this passive-agressive kind of mean attitude. A staff is often a reflection of the value of the office. I wonder how the doctor himself is like? As it turned out, I avoided the appointment. After dealing with the staff, I wonder if I can count on the doctor himself on my health concerns.
